Bonnie McDowell-Smith
Rochester, NY Beyond that of many local musicians, this woman has one of the most-diverse influences on the Rochester-area music scene and doesn't even know it. (For those locally, think of how often you know someone who already knows her -- if you don't know her already, personally and professionally). She performs by herself in the CDCTT TOURS while also singing in numerous bands ('Bonnie & Collide' being her main performance group). Having grown up in a musical family, she'd spent many years listening to / and performing with her father; while years later having raised talented musical offspring of her own. Conservative in general life but the stage-presence of a seasoned professional, you can expect to not only hear great music but also expect a great stage show. Who knows, you may just come across her while you're out-and-about in Rochester... seeing another band -- cause she's always being asked to join-in with her fellow musical 'family'. |
